These terms describe how Color Crafters Collision provides collision and auto-body repair services in connection with our public website and in-shop work. By using this website or authorizing repairs, you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide collision repair, auto-body repair, refinishing, and related shop services at our Oceanside location. Services are performed according to industry procedures, manufacturer guidance where applicable, and the scope you (or your insurer) authorize.
Estimates and authorization
Estimates are based on information available at the time they are prepared. Hidden damage, parts availability, OEM requirements, or insurer directives may change the final scope and cost. We will seek additional authorization when material changes are needed. Work proceeds only after required authorizations are received.
Some estimate, scheduling, and repair-status tools on this website are operated by Carwise / CCC Intelligent Solutions. Using those tools may take you to third-party pages with their own terms.
Payment
Payment is due according to the invoice and any insurer or financing arrangements that apply to your repair. Customer-responsible amounts (including deductibles, betterment, or non-covered items) remain your responsibility. Financing links (for example CCC ONE / Sunbit) are optional third-party workflows; selecting them does not guarantee approval or specific rates.
Parts and materials
Parts and materials may be new OEM, dealer, aftermarket, recycled, or remanufactured as authorized for the repair. Substitutions may be required for availability or insurer policy. We do not warrant parts beyond the manufacturer’s or supplier’s applicable warranty, except as required by law.
Warranty on workmanship
Color Crafters provides a lifetime workmanship warranty on repairs we perform, subject to normal use and excluding damage from later collisions, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or unrelated mechanical issues. Warranty service requires bringing the vehicle to our shop for inspection. This warranty does not cover third-party parts beyond supplier terms or work performed elsewhere.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Color Crafters is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use or repair services. Our total liability for a given repair is limited to the amounts paid to us for that repair, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including for gross negligence or willful misconduct).

This website is provided for general information and to connect you with shop tools. Content may change without notice. External links (maps, reviews, social, financing, Carwise/CCC) are not under our control; their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them.
Dispute resolution
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Venue for disputes relating to our services or this website is in San Diego County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
